The High-Low Dress You Need Now

Let me introduce you to the high-low dress: a genius piece that’s equal parts classy and sexy, and one of my favorite essentials for the warm months ahead.

While wearing a low-cut top or short skirt only works in certain situations, this high-low dress shows off your legs and décolleté just enough– making it as appropriate for a brunch date as it is for dinner with your girlfriends or special someone. As its name suggests, it goes a little higher in the center front of the skirt and lower in the back, creating a flattering and elongating silhouette.

Since the print of this particular dress is so bold, I kept the rest of my look simple, pairing it with ankle-strap sandals and a simple clutch. The lines are clean, which makes it super versatile– I can throw on a blazer, cardigan, or jean jacket over it and it still looks sleek. A feature I also love is the belt it comes with, a nice way to accentuate curves.
