Toms – I’m not a tennis shoe girl, but I always need a shoe that’s comfy enough for walking my dog or scavenging a flea market, and these are perfect. They got a lot of use in my later stages of pregnancy, and I still wear them often to run errands with baby in tow (much safer than heels or slippery flats)! Bonus: When you buy a pair of Toms, you’re also helping improve the health, education and well-being of a child.

Bio Oil – I used this throughout my pregnancy to help my skin retain moisture and prevent itchy skin due to a growing bump, and I’m still using it to treat my dry, hormonally challenged skin that’s not quite back to its normal state as of yet.

World Music CD’s – Working from home can get lonely, so I always have on some type of music to keep me company. I love these CD’s (which I now have in my iPhone, and all other musical devices I own), because they transform my space into an exotic land, which can help when juggling work, a baby, and boredom.  It’s like taking a vacation without leaving the house! (Arabic Groove is my favorite).
