Working in an office doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice style. Officewear can be stylish and fun, while staying professional and business appropriate- it’s all about finding what works for your company’s culture, dress code and your personal style.

Although I work out of my own office and get to decide what’s appropriate for work most days, I still have to dress business professional on occasion, based on the person I’m meeting, the place we’re meeting at, or dress for a certain event or event venue.

My favorite place to shop for stylish, business professional dresses and separates is Nordstrom.  The Encore section has an amazing selection for Spring, and each season it gets better and better!

When I saw this dress, I knew it would be perfect for meetings where I need to be a bit more dressed up than my go-to jeans, blouse, a blazer and pumps. The geo print makes a bold statement, but the sheath silhouette is still sophisticated enough for a business setting (and the fabric is stretchy, which makes it easy to move in and sit in)!

Thanks to Nordstrom for sponsoring this post.
