I confess: I haven’t always liked sun hats. Growing up, I only saw older ladies wearing them while gardening, and they were always less than flattering in shape, size and color, let alone fashionable.
As a teen, I saw a model in the most glamorous sun hat I’d ever seen. and from that moment on, I fully embraced the fabulousness of the oversized sun hat. With a focused search underway, I tried on any and every hat I could get my hands on, but always left the store empty handed, disappointed with the fact that my hair (and maybe my head?) was always too big for the cute ones.
Fast forward to today, and I have no trouble finding amazing options that make me feel as glorious as the model looked in that glossy magazine all those years ago. Below are my current faves.
