Laced-Up in DC

This top and other lace-ups like it, have recently become my fave alternative to basic tee’s especially for casual jeans and flats. And after spending two days in office wear at the White House last month (read day one here and day two here), I couldn’t wait to get into casual clothes, relax a bit and explore!
