1) Apply concealer or foundation to lips with finger or brush. Think of this as a paint primer.

3) Apply 1 layer of matte lipstick, blot with tissue after first layer, then apply a second coat of lipstick.

TIP: Exfoliate on a regular basis to keep lips smooth and dead skin at bay, which helps lipstick last longer!
