Gingham in Hawaii

If you follow me on Instagram or Facebook, you probably noticed Dave, Narayan and I were in Hawaii last week enjoying some much needed downtime. The weather wasn’t the usual December heat we typically experience on our annual Winter trip to Honolulu- it ranged from 84 and sunny to 70-ish, rainy and overcast, but we had a blast nonetheless. If you’re looking to travel to Hawaii next year, I highly recommend going during the off-season after Thanksgiving and before Christmas, it’s so nice to vacation without having to fight for a lounge chair!

We shot these images before heading out for dinner as the weather cooled down, hence the jeans we’re wearing, but I’m head-over-heels for this gingham peplum (a recent sale find!) and was glad I got to wear it on the trip.

Side Note: I still can’t believe my baby’s turning 3 in February, where does the time go?! For now, I’ll continue to carry him “like a baby” as he says, until he absolutely won’t allow me to anymore!
