A Fresh take on the Nautical Trend for Spring

Nautical stripes are one of my all-time favorite prints, especially as spring and summer roll around. They’re classic yet freshly modern, and can be worn everywhere, from the boardroom to the beach.

Old Navy’s Spring arrival section was my first stop when putting together this look. The collection has lots of versatile fabrics, statement stripes, layering pieces and a fun variety of prints that are elevated but laid-back. With so many options, you can easily make your look as trendy or sophisticated as you want it to be.

For a fresh take on nautical for spring, I layered a button-down tunic under a cardigan, then added bright white jeans and leopard print heels to keep the look modern and interesting. I topped it off with a classic trench, for a wearable yet unique take on next season’s must try nautical trend.
