Most of you may already know I had the pleasure of shooting maurices’ Spring and Summer collections in Southern California. Here’s a behind-the-scenes glimpse of some of the looks I shot during the second shoot, this time in Santa Barbara. I mentioned in the previous sneak peek that items would be released in March, but there’s been a slight delay on some items, so as soon as the looks are available, I promise to post links! In the meantime, some of the items from my first shoot are available here, in my style edit.
The second shoot consisted of lots of warm weather dresses in bold prints, with flowy handkerchief hemlines and accessories in bold colors, perfect for Spring and Summer- most of which can be layered with crochet kimonos and longline lace cardigans. (There are also lots of chic palazzo pants, printed shorts and separates to look forward to!) My favorite aspect of the collection is how of-the-moment everything is, and how there’s literally something for everyone, no matter what your personal style is. I can’t wait to wear all the bold colors and prints with wedge heeled sandals, strappy flats and even flip flops! Links to everything I’m wearing (and much more) coming soon.
