As the Holiday’s approach, so do office soireés, Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings with family and friends, and New Year’s Eve parties. Here are my tips for putting together the perfect ensemble for any and all of your Holiday functions!
Holiday Parties are what I consider Black Tie Festive, requiring a formal (floor length) evening gown, a dressy cocktail dress, formal jumpsuit, dressy separates (like a lace top and dress pants) or your dressiest little black dress, depending on company culture, and venue. (If the event has a special theme, like Great Gatsby, play it up with unique accessories, hair and makeup).

For Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings with family or friends held at someone’s home or a restaurant, a semi-formal but festive cocktail dress, dressy separates (like a simple blouse and ball skirt) or a little lace dress is fitting, depending on the location of the celebration.

New Year’s Eve functions can be casual or semi-formal to formal but festive, so go with attire that’s appropriate for the theme, venue and most importantly, what you feel amazing in.
