I can remember back when I was dressing for a business casual office, feeling as if I had to wear the same 5 outfits over and over again Monday through Friday. One day frustrated as I stared into the mirror at the same old ensemble I’d wear each week, I challenged myself to remix one of my weekend tops in order to make it appropriate for the office. What I realized next would change my style forever: a long sleeve, collared blouse could add interest, sophistication and polish to any top or sweater, instantly making it appropriate for the office!
Doing this time and time again allowed me to express my personal style in a professional environment while still abiding by the dress code and most importantly, utilize almost my entire wardrobe, versus having a designated workwear section of my closet. This easy trick is one I still use today when I come across a top I love that doesn’t quite have the excitement or modest coverage I crave.
This look is a perfect example of something I’d wear to the office in my previous career as an Account Manager. It’s conservative enough for the workplace, yet interesting, of-the-moment and very me.

THE CASE BAG
I’ve been obsessed with this bag since the moment I got it. It’s the second case shape handbag in my collection other than my nude Chanel and it’s been on repeat daily- the two-tone black and white looks amazing with everything and I love that I can carry it several different ways.
