I’m not a big fan of whole fruit, so years ago, I started coming up with ways to get enough fruit into my diet via smoothies. This is my absolute fave morning smoothie, packed with vitamin C and D.
Ingredients: 8 oz orange juice (my fave is Tropicana Original, No Pulp), 1 banana, 1/3 cup mango (fresh or frozen), ¼ cup pineapple (fresh or frozen), ½ cup peaches (fresh or frozen).
Instructions: In a blender, combine all ingredients, blend until smooth and serve.
