I’m not usually a fan of ultra distressed (aka destroyed) denim, but when I spotted this pair from Charlotte Russe’s new plus range (catering to size 1X/16 – 3X/24), I wanted to give them a try. And luckily I did, because I’m loving them with flowy, feminine tops, like this off-shoulder crochet blouse that balances out the toughness of the denim perfectly, with its feminine details.

FIT NOTES:

The top runs true to size and is made of a nice, flowy fabric. I’m wearing a size 1X.


The jeans have a ton of stretch and the inseam is 30 inches, which is perfect for a variety of heights because they can be cuffed (boyfriend style) or not, and still look just as good. I sized up for a roomier fit- I’m wearing a size 18.
