Forever reaching for a turtleneck this time of year, but never quite satisfied with quality or style details, so I designed one myself! The fabric is luxe (knit crepe with tons of stretch but enough structure to hold you in where it counts, and a soft backing that feels like butter against your skin 😩🙌), the sleeves are extra long, and it comes in two classic colors + this gingham). Best of all, it looks amazing on its own, as well as layered underneath cardigans, jackets and even sweatshirts! Sharing more GWC new arrivals in my story today. 😘❤️

Real Talk: Tropical vacations give me a major head trip. Clothing that reveals parts of my body I prefer to leave unseen, really does a number on the body positive mindset I’ve worked so hard to maintain.

But there are moments when the confident version of myself shows-up. Moments when she has the courage to put on the outfit I didn’t think I’d have the confidence to wear. I catch a glimpse of her in the mirror and think wow, she’s so confident, she looks amazing!

And even though she’s only around for short bursts of time, I embrace her confidence, her joy, her ability to put all the negative self-talk aside, and I live in that feeling until it’s over. Then I wait for the next time she’s ready to reveal herself. ❤️

Friendly reminder that bodies come in different shapes and sizes, equally beautiful and worthy of love and admiration! My body-confidence has certainly gone through lots of ups and downs over the years…from battling ED’s, learning to embrace my natural curves, becoming a mama and learning to embrace a new body, weight gain, weight loss…and while the love I have for my body remains, it’s certainly still a journey I continue on every day. 🥰

Came across this gem of a dress after doing a major closet clean-out this week…couldn’t believe I’d never worn it, so I threw it on over a long sleeve tee & leggings for a dinner date (my fav way to layer a dress during colder months). 💃🏻 Moral of the story: be intentional about your wardrobe — don’t keep things just because they’re pretty or just because you “might wear it one day,” and don’t hold back wearing something because there’s no occasion for it. Clothes are meant to be worn, so if you aren’t wearing it, pass it on to someone who will. ❤️
