According to a survey conducted by Dove, more than half of U.S. women will be going sleeveless this Fall/Winter. In the spirit of encouraging women to feel confident enough to go sleeveless, Dove challenged me to go bare-armed at the office.  To me, going sleeveless makes a statement about body confidence and feminine empowerment! (Think Michelle Obama in one of her classy, first-lady, sleeveless frocks, or Jackie-O in her ladylike ensembles that often featured sleeveless style).
