One of the most annoying things I come across when shopping for bags, is the not-so-flattering saggy bottom that most of them come with! Not to worry though- there’s an easy fix for this issue that should no longer prevent you from buying a beloved bag.

Supplies: Cardboard, Measuring Tape, Scissors, Fabric (to match your bag’s lining if possible), Scotch Tape, Pen or Pencil (Optional: Super Glue)

Step 1) Measure the base of your handbag and mark the measurements on the cardboard.

Step 2) Cut two cardboard pieces that match the measurements of the base of your bag.

Step 3) Use Scotch tape to tape the two pieces of cardboard together.

Step 4) Cover the cardboard with fabric, trim excess, and tape or super glue in place. Place DIY base at the bottom of your bag.
